We provide a comprehensive support before & after the purchase of a URIMAT waterless urinal. 
Both our customers and URIMAT share the common interest of a properly installed, well-maintained and trouble-free waterless urinal which benefits customer operational costs, toilet hygiene and our environment! 

Details of each installed URIMAT waterless urinal are stored in our system, enabling us to provide automatic siphon change reminders for our customers in accordance with their individual and usage-related change interval - this service is free of charge!

We provide technical assistance for plumbing contractors installing URIMAT waterless urinals and give extensive support to facility operators to ensure orderly care- & maintenance is provided.

URIMAT waterless urinals include a 24-month manufacturer warranty from date of delivery. 
(Please note:as with any product, inadequate maintenance, operation or use can render warranty cover invalid)
